Reality means that the people around you see you as someone present, even when you’re not physically there. If you are too busy, tired, or distracted to be present, then the people around you will notice. You may try to hide your absence, but your friends and family will eventually figure it out.

This is one of the most basic yet important health practices to incorporate into your life. The average adult needs at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night.

It may be a symptom of an underlying medical issue if you’re finding it difficult to sleep. Sleep deprivation is associated with several medical conditions, including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

It’s also linked to a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

3. Avoid Alcohol And Caffeine Both alcohol and caffeine can interfere with sleep patterns. Alcohol is known to cause insomnia, as does caffeine. If you find yourself drinking or consuming coffee regularly, cut down on your intake.

Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. It can be something you look forward to doing. Instead, take the time to find an activity you enjoy.

That said, the key to finding an exercise routine that you love is to keep it simple. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel and go for a grueling workout program that will kill you.

Instead, find a short, intense workout that you can complete in under 10 minutes.

For example, you can do a 10-minute circuit workout. It might consist of jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges.

Or you can do a 10-minute ab workout. You could do 100 squats, ten burpees, and ten crunch-ups.
