A forty-one-yr-antique housewife’s grievance with Halasuru police appears to have uncovered a main cash doubling racket is running in the city underneath the garb of a non-public HR consultancy firm. Shravani Sundar has claimed that the principal accused, Salomi Robert, had amassed Rs 1.28 crore from seven women and a person. Robert initially approached Sundar, as they are neighbors, and convinced her to invest with the consultancy company to assure that the cash would get doubled. The money was handed over to Robert by way of a member of the social wing of a worldwide Christian ministry organization.
Some traders have been asked to pay a preliminary deposit of as excessive as Rs 10 lakh. Sundar has also claimed that after the duped individuals asked for their money back, Robert threatened to get her and the others murdered.

After gaining their self-assurance, Robert and her commercial enterprise companions, Sam Christopher, Venkatalakshmi alias Lucia, Shan, Kumar, and others, satisfied Sundar and the others to invest cash to get it doubled inside a year. The girls started out giving money to Robert and buddies in 2018. They controlled to spend a total of Rs 1,28, ninety-one,500 inside the fake corporation.
The investors approached Robert in January 2019 for payment. She told them they would be repaid on March 31. When the buyers approached her in March, Robert threatened them and requested them no longer to technique the police.
The complaint states, “Within 365 days, Salomi had accumulated Rs 1,28, ninety-one,500 from all of them. When the ladies went to demand the income cash, Salomi refused to give it.” A police officer informed Bangalore Mirror, “The accused and her buddies are absconding.” An FIR changed into registered at Halasuru police station.
